Kadar Nur (RD, BSc, MSc)
Specialist Gastro and Sports Dietitian
Kadar is a specialist gastroenterology dietitian and sports nutritionist passionate about transforming lives through the power of nutrition. With a strong clinical foundation in the NHS, Kadar has worked extensively with individuals managing complex digestive conditions, combining evidence-based strategies with a practical, food-first approach.
Fuelled by a background in the catering industry and advanced training in applied sports nutrition, Kadar bridges the gap between gut health and performance nutrition. Alongside his NHS role at Ashford and St Peter’s NHS Foundation Trust, he works closely with Maidenhead United Football Club’s women’s team and youth squads—empowering athletes with the knowledge to optimise their performance from the inside out.
Kadar began his dietetic journey at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, gaining invaluable experience on inpatient wards. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Dietetics from the University of Hertfordshire and an MSc in Applied Sports Nutrition from St Mary’s University, Twickenham.
His mission is simple: to help people feel, perform, and live better by supporting their gut health in everyday life and in sport.
